Application process and requirements:
- RO rentals are for residential clients only at this time. Clients must be the property owner.

- Provide a utility bill or other source of documentation showing the applicant's name and address.
- Provide a bank or credit union checking account where monthly rental fees can be deducted.
- Have a phone that receives text messages. Monthly ACH billing is done through Square. One of the requirements is that each month, a text is sent to the client's phone that must be approved by the client for the payment to process.
